Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-12 business days for delivery in the United States, Australia,United Kingdom and Canada; and 15-20 business days for other international orders (depending on location).

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Apple, Google, and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.


Apologies to our Fahrenheit-loving friends across the pond, but we're keeping it universally classic with a Celsius-only temperature gauge on our thermoses. Fear not! Each purchase includes a handy tea chart, guiding you to the perfect brew with both Celsius and Fahrenheit readings. After all, no matter how you measure it, good tea is a universal language!

No worries, if the thermos arrives with any defects, reach out to our support at with a description and images of the problem and we will either send you a new one or refund you.

If the box arrives damaged due to shipping, but the thermos remains in perfect condition, we won't be issuing any refunds. 

Thermoses keep the temperature for a long time! If you have an iced drink, expect it to last around 8 or more hours. With hot water, expect it to last approximately 6 hours.

Our tumblers don’t require charging. They’re designed to last for about 700 temperature readings. So, if you tapped it once a day to check the temperature, it would serve you for almost 2 years!


We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. All parts, including accessories, must be in like-new condition.
